UPDATE ON FRISO

UPDATE ON FRISO

Unfortunately Friso has managed to chip his Stifle joint running around in his paddock.

Not sure how but he is now confined for approx 15 months and not allowed to run kick or hoon around like he loves to do.

We were about to start to compete at advanced level dressage. I am hoping we can pick it back up at the end of his rest period. This is what will teach patience to us both. He goes out for walks every day and a chance to have a pick at the green grass. In the meantime he is getting the full treatment a bit of acupuncture, Jent therapy, and anything else that can help with healing and keeping him sane.

Friso loves all the attention he is getting. Jade a young local girl on work experience is enjoying spoiling Friso.

TRAINING

TRAINING

This month Friso and myself had a trip to our coach Mark Dowling. We have been working with Mark for over a year now,it’s just a pity we can’t get there more often, as Mark is situated in the lovely town of Bowral.

The fact that he also has Centennial Vinyards which gives me a chance to stock up on wine and bubbly 😃🍷. The result of his tuition is starting to pay off. We had the Hawksbury Campionships this month and Friso scored 60.8% and 5th place in the Elementary 3.3 test and 60.5%7th place in Elementary 3.2 test
